Return Window

You have 7 days from the delivery date to return or exchange eligible jewelry.

• Only items marked as returnable are eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Your first return is on us, completely free. Additional returns may incur a $50 shipping fee.

Your 7-day return window starts from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify, your piece must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original packaging with all certificates, tags, and paperwork included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
• Undamaged and unaltered

Custom-made pieces: Once a design has been approved, custom jewelry cannot be returned, unless the final piece differs from what was promised.

Please note: All rings are final sale due to their unique nature.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@diamonmon.com with your order details. We’ll provide a prepaid, insured return shipping label.

2. Prepare Your Package: Place the item securely in its original packaging. For security, do not write "Diamonmon" on the outside of the package.

3. Ship Your Return: Use the prepaid label provided to ensure your jewelry is insured during transit.

Processing & Refunds

• Returns are inspected within 48 hours of receipt.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days once approved.
• For exchanges, simply return the original piece and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Loose Diamonds: Processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days.

Tracking & Updates
