Delivery Timeframes

• Custom Jewelry: Your bespoke creation will be handcrafted within 20 business days. Once ready, it is shipped via secure method and typically arrives within 3-5 business days.
• Loose Diamonds: Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then delivered in 7-14 business days.

Shipment Security & Packaging

To protect your Diamond pieces during transit:

• All items are fully insured while in transit. (No additional charge)
  
• Each piece is enclosed in cushioned, tamper-resistant packaging and double-boxed.
  
• Discreet external labeling (no mention of “jewelry”) helps minimize draw to potential theft.
  
• Delivery may require signature upon receipt for added security.

Tracking & Updates
