At Diamonmon, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help you make it right because buying diamonds should always feel exciting, never stressful.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the delivery date to return or exchange eligible jewelry.
- Only items marked as returnable are eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Your first return is on us, completely free. Additional returns may incur a $50 shipping fee.

Your 7-day return window starts from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify, your piece must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original packaging with all certificates, tags, and paperwork included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
• Undamaged and unaltered
  

Custom-made pieces: Once a design has been approved, custom jewelry cannot be returned, unless the final piece differs from what was promised.

Please note that all rings are final sale due to their unique nature.

How to Start a Return

• Contact Us
  Email us at info@diamonmon.com with your order details. We’ll provide a prepaid, insured return shipping label and clear instructions.

• Prepare Your Package
  Place the item securely in its original packaging and include all documents. For security, do not write Diamonmon on the outside of the package.

• Ship Your Return
  Use the prepaid label we provide. This ensures your jewelry is insured and protected during transit.
  

Processing & Refunds

• Returns are inspected by our Quality Assurance team within 48 hours of receipt.
  
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days once your return is approved.
  
• Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.
  
• For exchanges, simply return the original piece and place a new order for your preferred item.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your jewelry arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can prioritize your replacement or refund.
