Return Window

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange on eligible jewelry.

Your first return is free. After that, additional returns may incur a $50 shipping fee.

Only items clearly marked as returnable are eligible for a refund or exchange.
(Your 7-day window starts from the day of delivery, not the purchase date.)
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify, your piece must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging, with all certificates, tags, and paperwork

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Undamaged and unaltered
Custom-made jewelry: Once a design has been approved, it cannot be returned, unless the final piece differs from what was promised.
How to Start a Return

Contact Us → Email us at info@diamonmon.com with your order details. We’ll send you a prepaid, insured return label and clear instructions.

Prepare Your Package → Securely place the item in its original packaging with all documents. (For safety, please don’t write “DiaMonMon” on the outside of the package.)

Ship It Back → Use the prepaid label to ensure full insurance and protection during transit.
Processing & Refunds

Our Quality Assurance team inspects all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Banks may take a little longer to reflect the credit.

For exchanges, return your original piece and simply place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your jewelry arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can prioritize your replacement or refund.
